FotoKem - Theaters and Screening Rooms

35mm - We have several 35mm screening rooms (capacity 28), each capable of continuous reel to reel projection, split screen, side-by-side, and all film aspect ratios. One of our theaters is equipped with a stop/pause and reverese function for scene review. All theaters are capable of playback for every digital audio system, including Dolby Digital, SDDS and DTS. Audio can be isolated per channel for audio quality check. The back row is equipped with single seat lighting for note taking. When you complete your printing with us you can use the theaters for no charge, or use our theaters with an outside print for a small charge.
16mm - We have 16mm screening rooms capable of continuous reel to reel projection, split screen, side-by-side, and regular or super-16 print.
70mm - We have 70mm screening rooms to screen 5 and 8-perf 70mm print.
Digital Projection - With a Christie DW3KC 1280x720 projector, we can playback any digital tape format from standard definition digibeta to high-definition D5. We can also playback Avid or Final Cut Pro projects. The digital sound system can accept 5.1 Discreet Digital, AC3, Dolby E, G5 Digital 2 Channel and Stereo L/R.

Digital Intermediate Theaters - We have digital intermediate theaters with 2K DLP projection systems. These theaters are usually reserved for digital intermediate projects, but screenings can be arranged for 2k data playback or DCP projection of the highest quality. Both theaters are fully outfitted with professional sound capabilities.
